This document governs your relationship with Gamelyra. Usage of our software constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these mandates. If you do not agree to these constraints, you are restricted from initializing our packages.
01. Service Provision & Scope
Gamelyra provides high-performance gaming applications and server-side relay services optimized for low-latency communication. We maintain the right to modify, suspend, or terminate features to preserve the stability of the "Infrared" engine. This is particularly relevant during high-load events where Deutsche Telekom or Vodafone 5G stability may fluctuate in rural areas of Bavaria, requiring our systems to dynamically scale resource allocation.
02. Account Integrity & User Identity
Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any unauthorized access resulting from negligent security practices remains the user's liability. We enforce strict German GDPR data privacy standards; however, your localized telemetry (ping, frame rates, hardware IDs) is processed to optimize the competitive environment.

03. Performance Constraints & Logic
Gamelyra software aims to minimize input lag during cross-European tournaments. However, performance is subject to local hardware constraints. Users must acknowledge that maximizing graphics quality may impact battery longevity on mid-range Android devices. Our "Eco Mode" is intended for S-Bahn travel where power-efficiency takes precedence over frame-rate stability.

Can Gamelyra terminate my access without prior notice?
Yes, immediate termination occurs if we detect active memory-injection scripts or behavior that threatens server infrastructure integrity.
Are software updates mandatory for continuing play?
Mandatory security patches must be installed to ensure version parity in competitive lobbies and low-latency synchronization.
How does "Infrared" handle German data laws?
We adhere to the strictest interpretation of GDPR, with all primary data nodes physically located within German borders to ensure regulatory compliance.
Can I refund digital assets purchased in-app?
Refunds are governed by local consumer protection laws; typically, once a digital visual asset is "consumed" or initialized, it is non-refundable.
Is the software compatible with all German carriers?
While we optimize for Telekom, Vodafone, and O2, network stability varies by region. We do not provide credits for carrier-side latency spikes.
What happens if I find a critical software bug?
Users are encouraged to report exploits. Exploiting a bug for competitive advantage instead of reporting it is a violation of these terms.
